All payments are due upon receiving the invoice. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and credit card payments. Payments not received within the specified timeframe may incur late fees. Please contact us if you need further payment assistance or have any questions.
Our liability is limited to the monthly service charges for the month in which any Service Level Agreement (SLA) issues occur. In such cases, remedial assistance will be provided according to our Refund Policy. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, except as explicitly agreed in our Refund Policy. You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services after such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
